Hi Axel, Are you sure the problem isn't in the graphic driver?
Googling around the problem gives almost always a missing 32bit driver on 64bit arch. So maybe it can just be added as runtime dependency of 2048 package http://www.archlinux.it/forum/viewtopic.php?nomobile=1&p=137038 Sorry for the i13n of the link, but it gives some useful hints "LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose" before starting 2048 "glxinfo" and something like "virtualgl-libs:i386" (at least on older ubuntu) cheers, Gianfranco
