problem because the problem was actually simpler; in asis,
A4G.GNAT_Int.Tree_In_With_Version_Check would raise an exception
whenever Gnatvsn.Gnat_Version_String did *not* contain an opening paren

I have committed a proposed change to gcc-base-version.diff as revision
7691. I will try to experiment with this and gnat-4.9 when I have time
and will not upload before doko approves of this change.

- gcc -dumpversion should answer 4.9.1 instead of 4.9
- gnat1 should be linked with gnatvsn.
Your last commit fixes the former, but I would like this bug to remain
open as long as the latter is not clarified.
