I am at DebConf15 and expected my system time to update automatically,
given that I have Automatic Time and Date setup activated in GNOME.

On my system, I cannot set the timezone using the Date and Time settings. It
keeps wanting to make it EDT instead of CDT. It does the same whether I try to
