Simply recompiling the fix will stop the problem now, but it might reoccur at the next openssl update. The upstream fix can be found at https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/commit/3eb1025dc6ac34608a7d5dc2461f3b227d2131ba (only for 3.0, but it looks like it's pretty easy to backport it to
