Package: phpmyadmin
Version: 4:4.2.10.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

this is a fresh Debian Jessie installation. I've installed phpMyAdmin with default settings (dbconfig YES; webserver setup NO) and found this error message in the footer of phpMyAdmin after login:

The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured,
some extended features have been deactivated. To find out why click here.

PMA Database ... not OK [ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled

dpkg-reconfigure doesn't help, purge/reinstall neither. My custom Apache2 vHost for testing:

<VirtualHost *:443>
    ServerName example.com
    DocumentRoot /var/www

    SSLEngine on
    SSLCertificateFile /etc/ssl/certs/example-com.crt
    SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/ssl/private/example-com.key

    Include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf
</VirtualHost>

Any ideas what's going wrong with the current version? With Wheezy everything is 100% preconfigured, ready to use.
