Bug#769889: I still have this issue on my dekstop. I did a clean install.

I saw that it said unreproducible, yet I still have this random issue 
and I believe it's what's causing mate-panel to lockup. I did a clean 
wipe of my rootfs an installed from scratch and this issue is still 
biting me.
