1. Create a file /usr/share/xsessions/gnome-flashback-xmonad.desktop
containing:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=GNOME Flashback (Xmonad)
Comment=This session logs you into GNOME Flashback with Xmonad
Exec=gnome-flashback-xmonad
