Dear Maintainer,

Using DOSEmailNotify, the mails are sent, but are badly formated, blank
subject and headers in mail body. So MAILER should set "-t" option:
#define MAILER  "/usr/bin/mail -t %s"

bsd-mailx nor mailutils provide -t option to interpret headers like
original mailx, but heirloom-mailx has that option, so heirloom-mailx is
required to be installed
