Package: pylint Version: 1.3.1-2 Severity: important Tags: patch Hi, In Jessie/sid pylint currently does not work from emacs. After activating it via:
(autoload 'pylint "pylint") (add-hook 'python-mode-hook 'pylint-add-menu-items) (add-hook 'python-mode-hook 'pylint-add-key-bindings) It fails with the aove error when running: M-x pylint (or C-m l) The one line patch at https://bitbucket.org/logilab/pylint/pull-request/141/pylintel-missing-dependency-on-tramp/diff fixes this problem. Filing as 'important' since the emacs integration is pretty much unusble due to this. It would be great to have this fixed for Jessie!
