Bug#780062: lircrcd segfaults

This is resolved upstream. The reason is that lircrcd (and some others) is using select(2) and related macros which has limitations when the file descriptors becomes > 1024. Which they eventually becomes on a long-running server. Since this is fixed upstream, I'd say that this bug is blocked on
