I just discovered IPMasquerade= in systemd.network(5) which is exactly
what I need to set up a Bluetooth PAN Access Point. The config
*would* be straight forward via systemd-networkd (bt-pan related setup
not included):
/etc/systemd/network/pan.netdev:
[NetDev]
Name=pan
Kind=bridge
