The versioning of the added B+R is incorrect, you want ( 19.0-3) since
that is the version where the package split was introduced.
And you are still missing Breaks+Replaces in python-unicorn.
Assuming you mean python-gunicorn here.. but which package is it meant
to Break Replace?
