ubuntu-snappy has a go:generate line like this at ./i18n/i18n.go: //go:generate ../update-pot This fails for two reasons: 1) the update-pot script isn't copied 2) when you fix that by setting DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_ALL, ../update-pot has lost its x bit. I think the fix is to just change the "copy" on line 118 of golang.pm to "cp", but I haven't tested that.
