Both lts.conf.xml and LTSPManual.xml state that /dev/usblp0 should be 
used for USB printers.

IIRC /dev/usblp0 used to be a link pointing to /dev/usb/lp0 but has 
vanished since some time.

So to make USB printers work /dev/usb/lp0 should be used.
