Control: notfound -1 1.8.2-1.1
Even though the jessie version does modify that conffile, we now have a
clean upgrade path to stretch, and fixing jessie directly is probably
not needed. Thus removing the found-in-jessie version.

Actually the conf file *is* being modified!

I've made upstream aware of this bug. He already has the apparmor usage
under review.

upgrade test because dpkg detected a conffile as being modified and then
prompted the user
