Note: this bug is being filed only to help others who may have the same problem. I do not intend to fix this problem as it relates to a mixed deployment (using a wheey package on jessie). This file, shipped by movabletype-opensource, is not read by Apache 2.4: /etc/apache2/conf.d/movabletype-opensource Symptoms: - /mt-static 404s - mt-wizard.cgi not protected as expected Recommended manual fix: mv /etc/apache2/conf.d/movabletype-opensource /etc/apache2/conf-available/movabletype-opensource.conf a2enconf movabletype-opensource invoke-rc.d apache2 reload Cheers, Dominic.
