Olga Yakovleva has merged my PR https://github.com/Olga-Yakovleva/RHVoice/pull/135 bringing CMake support for building and CPack support for packaging. So, it creates packages that are ready to be installed. Though the packages are not yet debianic, I mean they don't have machine-readable copyright information, manpages and the changelog. But they work pretty well ;)
Please notice there are some memory-safety issues are present in RHVoice. At least when built with CLang++-11 it sigsegvs. Needs investigation with help of valgrind and MSan and UBSan.
