Seems it has been fixed in last network-manager release 1.0.10-2 as stated on
archlinux bugstrack (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47535).
Hope it can be pushed fast to sid too; meanwhile you have to delete your
default gatewa
I'm having the same problem here, probably after upgrading to
network-manager 1.0.10 (wasn't very attentive at the upgrades yesterday).
What sticks out in my package list is that the openvpn packages are
still at 1.0.8-1:
$ dpkg -l | grep -E '(libnm|network-manager)'
ii libnm-glib-vpn1:amd64

I have the same problem after upgrading (I think).
The problem seems to be that the default route is not set correctly,
but I'm not an expert in these matters.
