Hi!
The question "may I NMU?" can be more conveniently asked if a "yes" answer
can be given via "dcut reschedule" and a "no" -- "dcut cancel" or,
preferably, "dupload". :)
Per 0-day NMU rules, this one is eligible as it includes a RC bug without an
answer; I've uploaded to 2-day.

(Turns out that the entire xsl stack, or possibly most of it, is needed to
