Simulation:
1. start $ debian-reference
2. go to an external page in the browser that is opened :
eg
file:///usr/share/debian-reference/ch06.en.html#_mail_transport_agent_mta
this is http://packages.debian.org/jessie/exim4 for example
3. close the browser
4. start debian-reference again, > segmentation fault
Error given:
