Package: debhelper Version: 9.20160115 Severity: important Hi, A few (Haskell) packages fail to build because addsubstvar in Dh_Lib.pm, which uses grep, falls over unicode characters in existing substvar lines. It makes lines like Binary file debian/libghc-gitit-doc.substvars matches appear in th
