Control: tags -1 patch
Dear Maintainer,
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* debian/compat: Bump to 10.
* debian/control:
- Bump debhelper to (>= 10) and move to Build-Depends.
- Build-depend-indep on dh-python.
- Depend on ${misc:Depends}.
* debian/rules:
- Add recommended build-arch and build-indep targets.
- Use dh_prep instead of dh_clean -k.
