Dear Maintainer,

It appears that a broken encoding in 'Last-Translator' field of a polish
translation of edgar causes some warnings during l10n page generation [1].

I've attached a fixed version of the po file that should get rid of those
warnings (changes were only made to the 'Last-Translator' field).
