Recently, probably after switching from ftp://ftp to
http://httpredir, the bug described above occurs no more. Another
bug now seldom occurs (hash sum mismatch), which may or may not be related.
Why nobody told me that I'm measuring the IP addresses in the wrong way?

For an unknown reason, since switching from ftp to http, I have always
been getting the same IP address. I check the IP before/after aptitude
operations via
# ip addr show eth0 | grep "inet .* brd" ; aptitude - update ; ip
addr show eth0 | grep "inet .* brd"
Am I'm doing the IP check in

Nope, we have no questions given that we already know that the problem
is at your end – The everchanging IP – not at the mirror(s) end.
