This package has no reverse dependencies anymore in Stretch, and hasn’t seen any activity upstream in over five years. There is a priori little point in shipping php-mail-mimedecode with the next Debian stable release. I don’t intend to follow up with an RM request since Thomas said he’d wish to see extplorer in Debian again at some point. Regards David
