Hi Sergio, the copyright needs a complete rework.
BSD-2 BSD-3 BSD zlib/libpng GPL-2 are only some of the missing licenses.
please take care of them.
There are a bunch of false positive with licensecheck, many BSD which
is actually non-commercial (old mame license). I think I fixed the ot

the codes inside the libretro are modified to fith with libretro cores

most of siources are like, example mednafen modules are split and then
reimplemented separatelly, that in

Let's make it clear here.
Only EkeEke can change the license of Genesis Plus GX. It does not
matter if MAME is GPL or whatever now. It's a derivative work on OLD
code which is non-commercial.
And please don't flood here...
