Bug#824421: [pkg-golang-devel] Bug#824421: golang: FTBFS using gccgo

This (I'm fairly sure) is because gccgo-5 no longer installs
/usr/bin/go. We should change this to b-d on golang-any when we upload
golang-defaults/golang-1.6.
