Note that the QEMU,cgthree.bin binary was first added to QEMU git master
in October 2013 in time for the 2.0 release so this bug actually affects
all of -backports, -stable, -testing and -unstable packages.

qemu is not able to use option -vga cg3 for qemu-system-sparc as the ROM
is missing.
Please include the generated from source QEMU,cgthree.bin, similar to
your current rules for QEMU,tcx.bin ROM. I did a test
