I tested with jessie-backports (they suggested from the ML to file a bug).
When kernel 4.6 is combined with package xserver-xorg-video-intel version
2.99.917 the bug occurs. Now if it is combined with driver 2.21 from stable
it does not happen.
So we have two options :
- either the xorg

I have tried again and found out that even with the kernel command line
switch the bug still occurs.
