Dear Maintainer, While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed that 'uim' could not be built reproducibly. The attached patch sets the locale used to sort using LC_ALL instead of LANG (that is overwrote by LC_ALL), so that the order is fixed even if LC_ALL is set.
