Package: Openbox Version: 3.6.1-2 Running Calibre 2.55.0+dfsg-1+b2 under Openbox 3.6.1-2 under Debian Stretch results in a Calibre window with no borders or title bar - ie. essentially "unmanaged" by Openbox. There is no obvious way to exit the application or move it's main window around the screen.
I have tried Calibre 2.60 from the official Calibre site with the same results. Sometimes, if ~/.config/calibre is removed, the next execution of Calibre will result in an application that is properly handled by the window manager. On subsequent executions (usually one or two) it will revert back to an "unmanaged" state - ie. no title bar or window borders. I am using Debian GNU/Linux Stretch, with a custom 4.5.7 kernel (to address Baytrail issues) and libc6 2.22-11 amd64.
