Building a software typically does not require JaCoCo, however the Android Plugin in Gradle 2.0.0 [1] uses the classes in "org.jacoco.core.jar", that's why I am packaging JaCoCo. Currently this package only provides "org.jacoco.core.jar", as there are too many errors appears when building the rest of the project using maven-debian-helper.
