Package: gthumb
Version: 3:3.4.3-2
Severity: wishlist

By default, images are open as 100%. But when there is text, it may
be unreadable on HiDPI screens, and more generally images may appear
as too small. So, one should be able to choose a default zoom factor
(such as 200%).

Note: Using Ctrl+ / Ctrl- and "Keep previous zoom" in the preferences
is the closest to a default zoom factor, but the zoom is sometimes
reset to 100%. Moreover, there is no way to choose "Fit to window if
larger".
