Just bringing this to the attention of ftp.nl.debian.org.From a Dutch VPS (at Transip.nl) I was unable to bootstrap Jessie properly because after a short while in downloading required packages it would start to error out. When I put a short delay in between the individual wget requests (like 0.3 seconds) everything worked fine.
