I am requesting the removal of the pyoperators source package for the following reasons: - It has been subject to RC-bugs which upstream repeatedly failed to address. - Most of its features are now available in scipy. - Popcorn is very low (6 at the time of writing). Given these 3 points, I don't believe it is worth keeping pyoperators in the archive for Stretch and beyond. Valuable maintenance resources should be spent elsewhere. Best regards, Ghis
