Bug#837507: php-gettext was renamed to php-php-gettext

Hi Maintener, This error prevents the use of phpmyadmin, the simple addition in the file apache.conf situated in /etc./ phpmyadmin at the line : Php_admin_value open_basedir of the directory/usr/share/php/php-php-gettext/ solve the problem. This joins a file corrected apache.conf # phpMyAdmin
