Let's change debian/rules override_dh_auto_configure as:
override_dh_auto_configure:
dh_auto_configure -- --disable-option-checking \
--disable-internal-sqlite --json \
--with-th1-docs --with-th1-hooks \
--with-tcl=/usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) \
--with-tcl-stubs
(Yes, just add "--disable-option-checking" ! as an extra option.)
Then you can drop Debian patch in debian/patches/ directory. This is
a cleaner packaging. (Of course, if upstream changes to accept
silent-rules, that's better but it will take time.
