Installing the anacron package does not install /etc/cron.d/anacron resulting
in anacron only running at boot.

>From what I can see in the source package, debian/cron.d is present, but I
think it needs to be named anacron.cron.d for it to be installed by
dh_installcron()

I noticed that LogWatch would run when I rebooted my Jessie desktop machine,
but never otherwise (the machine hardly ever gets rebooted).

Manually creating /etc/cron.d/anacron by copying debian/cron.d results in the
expected behaviour of running the cron.daily scripts every day.
