OFTC would like to be able to use "ss -K" for selectively killing
individual network connections on long-running daemons like ircd.
The functionality is available in Linux 4.6+, but is currently
disabled:

/boot/config-4.8.0-1-amd64:# CONFIG_INET_DIAG_DESTROY is not set

Would you consider enabling it? Unstable's iproute2/ss has the support
for it already.
