Package: apt
Version: 1.4~rc2
Followup-For: Bug #844453
I believe an appropriate fix for this bug would be to change
apt-daily.timer so that systemd does not attempt to run APT
daily background processing during boot-up, but only some time
afterward. An appropriate configuration would be similar
Package: apt
Version: 1.3.1
Severity: normal
Dear Debian folks,
Lately my systemd boots up very slowly. According to `systemd-analyze
blame` that might be due to `apt-daily.service`.
```
$ systemd-analyze blame
5min 39.610s apt-daily.service
1min 21.012s tor@default.service
1min 15.
