Package: ocl-icd-libopencl1
Version: 2.2.9-2
Severity: minor

Hi,

the ICD loader verifies that the clGetPlatformInfo symbol is exported
(as required by the spec), but then also requests the symbol through
clGetExtensionFunctionAddress(). If this function returns a non-NULL
pointer, it is used preferentially.

To me, that smells a bit fishy, as this is a standard function, so it
shouldn't be queried through the extension function interface.
