copy to system one. This change is intentional to ensure consistency
between libraries.
Since luajit is not yet available for arm64 architecture, Trafficserver
can't be built.
Problem

The latest trafficserver package uses the system libluajit-5.1-dev
instead of an internal copy.
libluajit-5.1-dev is not yet available on arm64 and ppc64el
(2.1.0~beta2 in experimental is).
