Just to show an extremal case: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=skimage=all=0.12.3-3=1482501775 has this 15 times. This is a regression; it did not happen with 1.11. Please fix this regression ASAP so that skimage can migrate safely before the freeze. Best Ole
