Dear Maintainer,
The Japanese pdf version of maint-guide fails to open.
Furthermore it looks like the file is only 24 bytes large

/usr/share/doc/maint-guide-ja/maint-guide.ja.pdf
Could it be that generating the file failed in some way?
I briefly tried the English and German pdfs and they seem to work as
intended.
