Source: apt Version: 1.4~beta4 Severity: wishlis Tags: patch Hi,
I think it would look nicer and be more readable if the "X is maintained in the Y" messages had a common line prefix. For example: NOTICE: 'apt' packaging is maintained in the 'Git' version control system at: https://anonscm.debian.org/git/apt/apt.git Please use: git clone https://anonscm.debian.org/git/apt/apt.git to retrieve the latest (possibly unreleased) updates to the package. .. would look like: I: 'apt' packaging is maintained in the 'Git' version control system at: I: https://anonscm.debian.org/git/apt/apt.git I: Please use: I: git clone https://anonscm.debian.org/git/apt/apt.git I: to retrieve the latest (possibly unreleased) updates to the package. This would separate it better from the rest of the status messages. Patch attached. Regards, -- ,''`. : :' : Chris Lamb `. `'` la...@debian.org / chris-lamb.co.uk `-
