Due to #611967, the behaviour of namedcol was changed in a backwards-incompatible way. Granted, this was done a few years ago, but it would be better to make such changes in a way that doesn't break compatibility or at least offer an option that allows the behaviour to be preserved (e.g. namedcol --with-header or namedcol --without-header).
