Interesting. A couple weeks ago I've tested this and didn't see

This bug seems to be about the torbrowser.start-tor-browser profile,
that we stopped shipping a while ago, but apparently failed
(Sorry for missing In-Reply-To: and References:)

This is still unfixed in unstable.
I'm not sure right now if apparmor was enabled by default in recent
kernels, but in case, more people will run into this. Therefore: A fix
would be greatly appreciated!

I added this line and yup, it works.
Added the line just after the other owner lines (Debian config file is
vastly different from the one on GitHub).
