Package: gitlab Version: 8.13.11+dfsg-8 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Hi, I ran an "apt upgrade" which wanted to install gitlab 8.13.11+dfsg-8 and upgrade postgres. The upgrade of gitlab fails because postgres was not running. So you probably have to pre-depend on postgres if you rely on having postgres running while postinst is running.
