Package: openocd Version: 0.9.0-1+b1 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
It would be very nice if openocd could be built with --enable-sysfsgpio. I maintain a raspberry pi hat that has an onboard microcontroller that can be programmed with openocd. (CC0 / open hardware). A lot of people end up programming this and instructing them to compile openocd themselves is difficult (or adding a ppa). Accessing the GPIOs with openocd makes a lot of sense on Pi and other SBCs with GPIOs. I've confirmed neither jessie nor stretch build with sysfsgpio. I understand if this doesn't happen-- and really appreciate everything you guys do to maintain Debian/Raspbian.
