Bug#867497: Update to latest snapshot and convert to Qt5

Control: severity -1 important I am raising the bug severity since Qt4 is to be removed in the Buster cycle. This bug would be RC-level once the Qt4 removal starts. Newer snapshot of goldendict already has good support for Qt5. Please consider packaging the new snapshot and migrate to Qt5.
